Gym Lacplesis is a family owned gym open since 1982! One of the oldest still working bodybuilding gyms in Latvia. Founded and to this day owned by Latvian bodybuilding trailblazer Maris Sveiduks!  We respect the golden bodybuilding era, its tradition and its philosophy. We believe that knowledge and experience are essential for achieving great results! And knowledge is something we do have. 

Gym Lacplesis has kept its unique old-school/industrial design, ambient lighting, sound and character. So you will not feel like in a regular commercial gym. It is more of a boutique weightlifting gym with a more personalized fitness experience where you get an opportunity to do the thing you enjoy, surrounded by like-minded people in a very dynamic friendly atmosphere. The Gym has diverse heavy equipment, cardio and everything you need for a great workout session.

We are proud of our friendly atmosphere, great community, international clients and helpful staff. Personal trainers are also available at our gym.
